RETURN POLICY & WARRANTIES
A surcharge of 3 us$ for Signature required will be added to shipping costs under 15 us$ .
RETURNED GOODS :
Returned goods ( except SHARK /ECCO/ PROLINE ) , require prior authorization by Us Dental Depot or the manufacturer .
Returns must be authorized within 7 days of date the order is received by the customer. Please fill the Online form available in our Home page for an RMA (Return Material Authorization), and other specifications on returns. The RMA will include instructions on returning your product.
Upon manufacturer's acceptance of the merchandise in new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase minus shipping costs. Return Shipping costs are paid by the customer. If a return label is required at the administration, the cost will be deducted from the final refund.
A 15%-%30 re-stocking fee is charged by manufacturers due to Health code restocking expenses as control, repacking & Tests required to sell the product again as new. This amount will depend on manufacturer's policy.Products must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance.
US DENTAL DEPOT charges a 7.5% administration fee for returns, unless an equivalent purchase is made from the same manufacturer or vendor.
DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO US DENTAL DEPOT Inc. ITEMS SENT TO US DENTAL DEPOT Inc WITHOUT A RMA WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER UNLESS FORMAL RMA IS ISSUED BY US DENTAL DEPOT Inc. .
A full refund will be provided within 14-30 days for all orders canceled prior to order shipment.
For all ECCO / SHARK / PROLINE products line and Foreign lines represented/imported with exclusivity by US DENTAL DEPOT :
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can always return it with in 7 working days of the receipt of the merchandise for a store credit. (Shipping costs not included).
Product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging/condition, and must contain product manual, all accessories, and documentation for refund, replacement, or credit.
15% restocking or re-packaging fee will be charged in all cases (unless not opened and whe it is not a special order). Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with damages and/or any missing items, such as manuals and accessories.
WARRANTY CLAIMS & DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
ECCO & PEGASUS lines
Warranty will cover PARTS for 1 year after the day the device was shipped from USDD offices.
Do not include labor costs.
All claims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with the original purchase order must be made within 4 working days of the receipt of the merchandise. Please return all merchandise quality inspected and packaged in perfect conditions.
The shipping agent assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise after it leaves the EXWORK shipping point. All claims must be documented and filed immediately with the freight carrier. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon discovery with a request for inspection.
Defective products can be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the discretion of Us Dental Depot Inc, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase
Defective products may only be returned within 14 days of the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product).
The manufacturer will repair or replace any defective part at no charge unless otherwise stated.
Us Dental Depot Inc is not responsible for labor charges or shipping charges to and from the manufacturer.
In case of international customers : Cost of shipping back to the US, importation costs, and shipping back to customer will b paid by the customer, except if customer plays a new order for the same value of the product returned. In this last case , Us Dental Depot will pay the shipping costs back to the customer except Duties , Taxes or special delivery treatments for the goods
Us Dental Depot Inc does not cover damage resulting from defective equipment, improper installation, misuse, or accidents incurred in shipping and handling. All claims against the shipping carrier must be initiated at the time the damaged items are received by the customer, as indicated on the invoice. The claim is the customer's responsibility.
NOTE: Us Dental Depot Inc reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notification.
Special Orders and Exceptions:
The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:
Opened handpieces, small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment
§ Opened consumables like Gloves for security reasons
§ Special order items
§ Personalized and/or imprinted items are not returnable
§ Controlled drugs
§ Hazardous items: not returnable
§ Expired products
§ Certain non-resalable items
- All products are warranted by the manufacturers even though in most case warranties can be processed through our offices.
- Electric equipments are identified with serial numbers for follow ups.
- Warranties on Ecco / Shark / Proline line products and the lines imported/ represented with exclusivity by Us Dental Depot Inc as primary importer are provided by Us Dental Depot Inc.
- Shipping is always insured for 100% of the goods value with the shipping agent who asumes 100% of the responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise
- Warranties do not cover misuse, careless handling or repairs by non-authorized service personnel.
