2. What is warranty for equipment ?

 

24 months or 2000 hs of use , what ever reaches first.

 

 

3. If some glitch happen who do I need contact? What period is due for repair?

 

Yeti will contact you via TEAMVIEWER ( most of the companies do same procedure )

 

Service will be done between 8-17 hs european time , Monday to Friday

UNDER THE WARRANTY

 

If the problem is solved remotely, it is with in the day or 2 
If the problem requires a tech within the warranty, you need to send the machine to US Dental Depot to be fixed. 
Highly recomended is to keep the packing box at least during the waranty period. 
If needed, Tech from Germany Yeti would come to Us Dental Depot but is unlikely .

 

AFTER WARRANTY PERIOD

 

If the problem is solved remotely, it is with in the day or 2 you can opurchase remote support ( PHONE - TMW – SKYPE )

If the problem requires a tech on the machine, you need to send the machine to US Dental Depot to be fixed, or pay the tech traveling expenses ( if tech has available to fly immediately, sometimes is faster to ship themachine ). 

Considering all scenarios, this is standard procedure for the industry 

Again, is highly recomended is to keep the packing box at least during the waranty period. 

 

4. Who is installing equipment?

 

Your computer ( notebook ) arrives already installed and tested. If you are installing your software ( not recommended by yourself) , our recommendation is to hire TMV services from germany and they will be happy to install the software and test it.

 

Regarding unpacking and installing the complete system. 
Every day are more laboratories that do not leen a tech to install the equipments. They know how to do it themselves.

But , still are an important percentage of labs that prefer to pay the installation service and receive thier set turnkey.  

 

In this scenario you should consider the expenses of travelling to your office, and the extra time that normally takes trying to place the equipment in specific shelves, answering questions from several people, and he small issues that normally come to surface in any standard equipment installation.

 

5. Is there any person who will train our staff?

 

We do not provide specialization seminars, or staff training. We are happy to instruct in all the specifics about our machines. But we do not know how to make a CadCam case.

OUR POLICIES


RETURN POLICY

DENTAL DEPOT : If you are not happy with your purchase, you can always return it with in 7 working days of the receipt of the mercandise for a store credit. (Shipping costs not included in the refund and Customer pays shipping back to our office). Product must be returned complete, unused and in its original packaging/condition. Must contain product manual, all accessories, and documentation for your refund, replacement if it was defective, or credit in your account.
A 15% restocking or re-packaging fee will be charged in all cases (unless package was rejected and never received). Additional charges may be assessed for products returned with damages and/or any missing items, such as manuals and accessories.

Always call in advance to get your RMA # otherwise packages could be refused at warehouse entrance.


For US manufacturers
Returns must be authorized by the manufacturer within 7 days of date received by the customer. Please call us for the Manufacturer's policy, (Return Material Authorization), and other specifications on returns. The RMA will include instruction on returning your product. Upon manufacturer's acceptance of the merchandise in new condition in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase minus shipping costs and less a 15%-%30 re-stocking fee depending on manufacturer's policy. Products must be received within 10 days of RMA issuance. US DENTAL DEPOT charges a 7.5% administration fee for returns, unless an equivalent purchase is made from the same manufacturer or vendor. DO NOT RETURN ITEMS TO US DENTAL DEPOT Inc. ITEMS SENT TO US DENTAL DEPOT Inc WITHOUT A RMA WILL BE REJECTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT DIRECTLY TO THE MANUFACTURER UNLESS FORMAL RMA IS ISSUED BY US DENTAL DEPOT Inc. .

A full refund will be provided within 14-30 days for all orders canceled prior to shipment of products. Unless replacemernt parts and Imported products in SPECIAL ORDER condition

All Products must have the SERIAL # intact, readable and with no scratches


CLAIMS AND DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
All claims for merchandise received that are not in accordance with the original purchase order must be made within 7 working days of the receipt of the merchandise. All merchandise is quality inspected and packaged in perfect condition with digital pictures at the moment of closing your box/ order . The shipping agent assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise after it leaves the EXWORK shipping point. All claims must be documented and filed immediately with the freight carrier. Concealed damage must be reported to the freight carrier immediately upon discovery with a request for inspection. Defective products can only be returned in exchange for the exact same product, or at the discretion of Us Dental Depot Inc, the purchase price will be credited to the credit card used for the original purchase (or, if possible, through PayPal). Defective products may only be returned within 14 days of the date your product left the warehouse (regardless of when you actually took delivery of the product). The manufacturer will repair or replace any defective part at no charge unless otherwise stated. Us Dental Depot Inc is not responsible for labor charges or shipping charges to and from the manufacturer. Us Dental Depot Inc does not cover damage resulting from defective equipment, improper installation, misuse, or accidents incurred in shipping and handling. All claims against the shipping carrier must be initiated at the time the damaged items are received by the customer, as indicated on the invoice. The claim is the customer's responsibility. NOTE: Us Dental Depot Inc reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notification.

Special Orders and Exceptions
: The following special, customized, or government-regulated items are not returnable:

Opened handpieces, small equipment, and custom-ordered equipment

§ Opened consumables

§ Special order items

§ Personalized and/or imprinted items are not returnable

§ Controlled drugs

§ Hazardous items: not returnable.

§ Expired products

§ Certain non-resalable items

Warranty will cover PARTS for 1 year after the day the device was shipped from USDD offices.
Do not include labor costs.

The shipping agent assumes full responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise after it leaves the EXWORK shipping point. In this last case , Us Dental Depot will pay the shipping costs back to the customer except Duties , Taxes or special delivery treatments for the goods

WARRANTIES

-  All products are warranted by the manufacturers even though in most case warranties can be processed through our offices.

-  Electric equipments are identified with serial numbers for follow ups.

-  Warranties on Ecco / Shark / Proline  line products and the lines imported/ represented with exclusivity  by Us Dental Depot Inc as primary importer are provided by Us Dental Depot Inc.

-   Shipping is always insured for 100% of the goods value with the shipping agent who asumes 100% of the responsibility for the safe delivery of all merchandise

-  Warranties do not cover misuse, careless handling or repairs by non-authorized service personnel.
